Welcome to the Attentive Advanced Agency Certification
The Attentive Advanced Agency Certification is designed for agency partners who are ready to move beyond platform fundamentals and develop the skills needed to manage, optimize, and scale client accounts with confidence.
Throughout this certification, you'll work through three core competencies that reflect the challenges agency partners encounter every day—from migrating clients from legacy ESPs and orchestrating cross-channel customer journeys to optimizing performance and applying AI-powered solutions. Each module combines instructional content, interactive product experiences, and realistic agency scenarios that reinforce how to apply Attentive-native best practices.
The certification follows a Learn → Apply → Validate approach. You'll first build foundational knowledge, then apply those concepts through a combination of real-world exercises and knowledge checks throughout each module. Once you've completed all modules, you'll take a final certification exam. A passing score of 80% is required to earn your Attentive Advanced Agency Certification.
Complete each certification module in order. Every module builds on the previous one and combines instructional content, interactive activities, and knowledge checks to reinforce key concepts before you move on. All required activities must be completed for a module to be marked as complete and count toward certification.
